Mediation and coaching

We look at the wishes, ideas and capabilities of each volunteer/intern and then find a suitable place for them to work.

Before starting work, we will make arrangements concerning coaching, etc. These arrangements will be written in a contract. Everyone will get coaching from Bureau Connectie Bolivia, even when we have a good coach within the project where you will be working.

For everyone, the coaching will be very different. Interns often need more coaching than volunteers. This is usually because their education demands it, and also an internship is a learning process in which it is important to talk about what they are learning and what needs to be taught in a different way.

Volunteer work

Bureau Connectie Bolivia has a lot of contact with different projects and organizations, that would like to receive volunteers. There are possibilities to work within the following fields of work: education, healthcare, social work, childcare, sports and recreation. You can work with children, adults, disabled people, seniors, women and families. We also work with organizations that focus on the prisons. There are no specific requirements concerning education or experience for most places. However For some of them there are certain requirements. We will make sure this is mentioned in advance during the mediation process.

You can make your preferences clear on the application form. If you have other wishes or ideas, which are not mentioned on the form, please let us know anyway, so we can find out the possibilities for you.

Internship and research internship

There are internships available for all different levels of further education. Especially within the social areas, there are a lot of possibilities; social cultural and special needs work, pedagogy and psychology. But, it is also possible to offer internships in the areas of tourism, computing and agriculture.
